Do you know kiwi fruit (Actinidia Deliciosa)? Kiwi has a characteristic shape, which is oval, with a furry brown skin. While the fruit flesh is green / golden mix and it's sweet and slightly sour.

Many people think, kiwi come from New Zealand. This because New Zealand is the world's largest kiwi exporter. In addition, the name "kiwi" is the same as the country special bird. In fact, kiwi come from China. It called "Chinese Gooseberry".

Kiwi is also good to prevent spinal defects in babies, also encourage the development of brain and cognitive to children. In addition, kiwi can be used to maintain blood pressure condition and heart health. And, helps maintain digestive system and vision, which usually decline as the age factor.

How to Choose and Preserve Kiwi
