Preventing a Split Hair

Split hair sucks. Hair look dull and unattractive. It's also Fragile and brittle. Here are some tips to prevent it.
  1. Strengthen Your Hair From Within
    Healthy hair have a small risk of being split. Therefore, the first thing you should do is to ensure enough good nutrition into the body to strengthen the hair. Begin to manage your diet. Increase protein and iron that can help strengthen hair.
  2. Don't Let Your Hair Become Dry
    Dry hair become more brittle so it will split easily. Therefore don't let your hair too dry. Naturally what you can do is to drink enough water to make sure the body is dehydrated. You can also keep hair moist by using moisturizer or hair mask regularly.
  3. Don't Wash It Too Often
    Shampooing too often will reduce your hair natural moisture. Hair becomes dry and split.
  4. Less Hair Dryer
    Applying excessive heat to the hair will damage the protective layer. Hair becomes dry, brittle, dull also split. Therefore put on the dryer or hair straightener necessarily. For example, when attending a special event.
  5. Towel Drying
    Rubbing a towel hard on your hair can make the hair more brittle. Simply wrap the hair with a towel, gently press it to soak up the moisture.
  6. Combing
    Don't comb your hair when it's wet, because it's more fragile and easily to split. Comb your hair before shampooing. After it, comb your hair using your fingers to groom your tresses. Use the comb after your hair half-dry.
  7. Cutting The Hair
    Cut the end of your hair regularly at least once a month. Cutting the hair on a regular basis can help make hair nutrients absorbed maximum. As a result, reduce split ends and can make hair growth better.
