Forget Coffe in The Morning

There are so many healthy ways to energize your spirit in the morning.

From now on, forget about a cup of hot coffee for breakfast. Try green tea.

A study showed that drinking a cup of green tea in the morning can give a good intake for the brain.

The survey results revealed green tea is good for cognitive function to improve memory and thinking ability.

Green Tea
The European Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that green tea helps increase the activation of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, an area of the brain associated with working memory, reasoning and comprehension.

In the end, drinking green tea before activity helps to concentrate and stay focused on finishing the job.

"In addition, green tea can inhibit brain senile plaques and deposits that can interfere with memory recall," explained Stefan Borgwardt of the Hospital Basel University in Switzerland.
